Seeding was decided on ranking points earned across the season, with the top four sides entering directly into the upper bracket. The remaining places were settled through the open qualifier, which drew entries from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar.
Matches are played as best-of-three through the quarterfinals, moving to best-of-five for the grand final. All fixtures run on tournament-configured servers, and every scoreline is verified before it is published to the ladder.
